                                AL - OCEAN BREEZE RULES AND MANAGEMENT POLICIES


                                Dear cliente, welcome to Ocean Breeze, it's a pleasure, to accommodate you in our facilities.
                                However, we would like to present you, our rules and management policies, in order to
                                provide you a good stay.
                            
                                1.  CHECK IN: 16:00 p.m
                                    CHECK OUT: 11:00 p.m

                                    - The daily rates are counted from 15:00 p.m (check in) after 12:00 p.m,(check out),
                                    may be charge a new daily rate. If you wish to extend this time, please consult the
                                    Reception in advance.

                                    - The payment of the daily rates must be done at (check in).

                                    - Checks are not accepted as a method of payment. The guest must always check which
                                    credit / debit cards are accepted upon booking and entering the accommodation.

                                2.  Breakfast Hours: 08:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m

                                3.  Housekeeping and Maintenance of Rooms

                                    - The rooms will be cleaned daily.

                                    - The toals will be change daily.

                                    - Change of sheets every 3 days.

                                Aditional Information

                                4.  No pets allowed.

                                5.  No smoking allowed.

                                6.  It is not allowed to wash and ironing, to prepare or cook food of any kind in
                                the accommodation.

                                7.  We are not responsible, for the loss of personal objects of the guests.

                                8.  After 11 p.m., silence must be respected by all guests.

                                9.  It is not permitted at any time to use musical instruments or sound devices that disturb,
                                as well as loud conversations, shouts or verbiage that threaten tranquility or cause
                                embarrassment to other guests.

                                Obs.: For clarification of any question or omitted situation, please request it
                                in the reception.
